The 3 Best Printing apps for iPads

Printer Pro

Printer Pro is a great app that is made for flawless printing. If you are a hardcore printer who prints a large amount of documents, and doesn’t want the hoopla that comes with other apps, then Printer Pro is the one to get. This app is compatible with a variety of printers and also comes with the occasional update. You can try the lite version to see if your printer is compatible. To use, simply connect your printer to your Mac or PC and you are ready to go. Printer Pro is also able to print files from Dropbox, MobileMe, Google Docs and the photo gallery. Looking at what Printer Pro has to offer it really is one of the best IOS apps that can be installed for printing use. You can purchase the full version of Printer Pro for $6.99 from the App Store.

Print n Share

For those who want a few more bells and whistles from their printing app, Print n Share is a nice alternative to the simplicity of Printer Pro. Just knowing that Print n Share can print with most WiFi enabled printers as well as those connected to a Mac or PC using the Print n Share software is already a big plus; especially if you are in another office where you do not have your laptop connected to a printer.  Another cool feature that is offered by Print n Share is the ability to print over your cellular provider’s 3G network. Imagine being able to type something while you are on the road and just print, right away, anywhere, anytime. A pretty handy feature if you need to have documents printed and you don’t happen to be sitting at your desk. Print n Share is also able to print files from other apps so compatibility issues are rare. This app has many other features to offer and is definitely worth the $7.99 from the App store.

Print Central

With the Print Central app, you can enjoy the convenience of being able to print direct from most wireless/wi-fi printers, without the need for any additional software. A little more expensive than the other 2 apps at $9.49; but the fact that you can print from absolutely any printer, and any type of document, makes it all worth it.  Print photos, PDF’s, emails and even large documents. The ability to print from any printer also means there’s no need to buy extra printer cartridges, or an extra printer for that matter! What’s more, the latest version lets you preview docs prior to printing and offers email compatibility enhancements.
